This 18ct gold, sterling silver and yellow sapphire neckpiece is handmade in Ballarat, Australia and is one of a kind.

The pendant is approximately 39mm x 17mm featuring 10 x 1.6mm yellow sapphires on a 70cm diamond cut curb chain.
