This 18ct gold pendant with a diamond and patinated sterling silver chain necklace is handmade in Ballarat, Australia and is one of a kind.

The pendant is approximately 18mm x 13mm on a 45cm patinated sterling silver fine chain. The diamond is 2.4mm (0.05ct).
